The 18th annual “Historic Apalachicola Home & Garden Tour” sponsored by Trinity Episcopal Church, in Apalachicola, Florida will begin Friday, April 30, with Evensong at 5:30 PM , followed by a lecture by Faith Eidse, award-winning author of Voices of the Apalachicola, at 6:30 PM.

Homes will be open to visitors on Saturday, May 1 from 10:00 am - 4:00 PM. A gourmet lunch will be served from 11:00 am to 2:00 PM. A silent auction, 10:00 am - 3:00 PM, will also be a part of the tour day’s events.

The featured home of the tour is a Second Empire style mansion which sits atop a gentle rise overlooking Apalachicola Bay. Examples of nationally renown Corky Richard’s fine wood craftsmanship are showcased in this home.
